All parcels are sent through trackable means of delivery.
All shipping fees are charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight.
1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We do not ship to military addresses or P.O. boxes.
2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to wait for PayPal to confirm your payment. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
3. There is usually a 72 hour period where your items will be processed by our warehouse before being dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods and holiday seasons. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and they commence from the date of dispatch.
4. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international packages. However, INSTYLEIFY cannot be responsible for delays caused by custom clearance processes.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
All parcels delivered by standard post are free of import taxes & duties. If you choose to use standard post, all the import taxes & duties are pre-paid by us. And you would not need to pay for any import tax or duty upon delivery.
If you choose to use express post, you may be charged import taxes & duties, depending on the country of destination. If import taxes & duties are imposed, then you would need to pay directly to the carrier.
